Jacky graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, UK. Upon returning to Hong Kong in 2003, he commenced his professional career at a public accounting firm.

In 2007, he joined the renowned global recruitment firm, formally entering the talent acquisition industry with a focus on the finance and accounting sector. In 2012, he joined another well-known international recruitment firm, where he assisted in establishing their finance and accounting recruitment team. In 2017, he joined Hong Kong-based recruitment firm, assuming responsibility for building their professional services practice.

Since 2007, Jacky has specialized in recruitment within the commercial sector, with core focus on accounting and finance professionals. He possesses extensive practical experience in team building and business expansion for both startups and established enterprises. Leveraging almost two decades of industry expertise and a carefully cultivated network of trusted industry relationships, he leads and continuously develops his team, providing diversified recruitment support and talent strategy planning consultation to commercial clients.
